Refresh yourself in the Mornings- Be inspired!
Good Morning my friends,
For the past couple of months I seemed to be on a journey to try and be the best version of myself. Touching 40 years old had me thinking all sort of things, making me doubting myself, thinking I have not accomplished all that I should. Now that I am 41, things haven't changed much either.
The pandemic certainly put a different spin in all the goals and plans that I wanted to achieved. Then I started to read. I love reading..
My friends please read this book, Choose Yourself by James Altucher. It is in deed an amazing book. I am already on the path of most of the things he spoke about but guess what my friends, consistency is the key to a new you.
My mornings are filled with gratitude. I am writing this not knowing who will read it but I am happy to share my positivity to the world. I am not have all the grandiose things in life but I have life. I have everything that I need and I choose to be happy among all the circumstances that I face.
I choose not to sink myself in self pity but to be grateful for all my accomplishments.
Let us all be grateful for all the little mercies that are bestowed upon.
My friends you know I cannot leave with out sharing my exercise routine this morning. It was a bit hard but I felt good after finishing.

Keep your body fit - Be the best you!
Good Morning My friends,
How grateful I am to wake up this morning and I am well.
With all that is happening around us, the pandemic Corona virus spiraling out of control, we must try our very best to do our part to ensure we keep ourselves safe, our families and love ones and our dear essential and front line workers.
Please follow the guidelines of the WHO and please, please, stay at home if you can.
So many of us have lot the zeal to get up and do a little exercise. I am begging you, even a 7 minute work out will do you good and make you feel so much better.
Lucy has so many exercise on youtube that you can pick, choose and refuse.
This is what I did this morning.
Lucy is truly amazing , she always encourage you to be the best version of yourself.

Exercise - Good for you!!!!
Good Morning my friends.
Exercise is really good for you and I have the perfect trainer and motivator to introduce to you. Her name is Lucy Wyndham-Reid and she is literally the awesomeness person that I know from I have been on my journey to have a complete wellness. Both mind, body, spirit.
One of the reasons that I just love her is the fact is the real, down to earth, humble and she genuinely cares about you. She may not know the impact shes making with the individual lives but she is making sure that we have exercise routine that are fun, short and easy to do. No matter the age, there is something on her youtube channel that is suitable for you.
